Welcome to the
Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
The Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is the source for talking books for those who are unable to read the written word due to visual impairments or physical disabilities. We mail thousands of free recorded books and the equipment needed to play them to patrons all across the state. Our librarians are here to assist patrons with their reading selections. Our state of the art studio records books and magazines of local interest. Oklahoma's Talking Information Service (OTIS) provides general interest newspaper articles and magazines streaming online daily. The Accessible Instructional Materials (AIM) Center assists children with their educational material needs including textbooks and equipment.
